The INDIAN HILL HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION promotes beauty, safety, and cooperation within the area, insures orderly development, helps to enforce the Covenants, and collects dues and fees for approved expenses and projects.  An annual meeting for all homeowners is held in May of each year.  At that time, a board of directors is elected and the membership provides them lines of direction for Association business.  The board of directors meets quarterly on July 24, Oct 23, Dec 11, & Feb 19, and homeowners are welcome to attend if they notify the president in advance.

Dues for the Indian Hill Homeowners Association are $25 per year.  You will receive a notice each year when this is due.  Please contact the treasurer to ensure that dues for your property have been paid for the current year.  The money collected is used for Association mailings and expenses, to maintain the lights and plantings at the entrance to the neighborhood, for an occasional picnic, and other projects as determined by the board or membership.
